DESCRIPTION:ANZAC DAY 2023\nFREE PUBLIC TALK\, SERVICES SECTION\nKARORI CEMETERY \nStarting at 1.30pm the presentation will cover the development of the oldest part of the Services cemetery\, highlight the monuments and memorials of significance within it\, and identify some of the men who fought at Gallipoli\, and died after their return to New Zealand\, many of them having served elsewhere during WW1 as well. At the conclusion\, around 2.15\, the Last Post will sound out across the cemetery. \nGather at the Lychgate\, 300 metres from the main gates of the cemetery. Parking available in the area.
